Invoice design

Document language is available on every plan. Layout themes and accent colour are part of Pro.

Document language

Applies only to fixed labels on generated PDFs. Your business name, client details, item descriptions, and notes always appear exactly as typed.

Live document previews use this language. Save, then download or Preview PDF to confirm on a generated file.

Design theme

These designs apply to generated PDF documents — the on-screen document preview does not change.

Accent color

Use a hex color like #0F766E.

Opens a PDF of your most recent invoice using the saved design and document language.

Numbering

Document numbering

Changing a prefix or next number affects future documents of that type. Existing document numbers will not change.

Prefixes must be 2–10 characters: letters and digits, optionally ending in one separator (-, / or _). They are saved in uppercase.

Tax

VAT & currency

Prices include VAT

When on, prices you enter are treated as VAT-inclusive and the 5% VAT is extracted from them.

Your business has no financial year end month. Choose one so the tax period and return deadline can be worked out.
